There are no eggs, oil, butter, sugar, and preservatives used in our bagels leaving them fat and cholesterol free. We bake our bagels the traditional way, giving the dough a quick water bath in a boiling kettle then hearth baking them, which gives the bagels a nice shiny, crunchy outside and a chewy flavorful inside. No steaming no frozen dough, no pre-packaged bagel mixed-just great bagels.
